Albert Chun M.D. MBA

Vascular and Interventional Radiologist

Born and raised in Michigan, Dr. Chun is a board certified vascular and interventional radiologist who has been in practice for 18 years. After completing medical school, residency, and fellowship training at George Washington University, Dr. Chun joined the faculty of Harvard Medical School at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston.

He later returned to the DC area and served as the Interventional Radiology Fellowship Director at George Washington University. In subsequent years he entered private practice with a special focus on uterine fibroid embolization, complex peripheral arterial disease including limb salvage, and minimally invasive treatment of osteoarthritis. He joins Surgical Associates from the National Institutes of Health, where he maintains privileges.

Dr. Chun is dedicated to providing advanced, minimally invasive treatments with a special focus on uterine fibroid embolization, complex peripheral arterial disease, and osteoarthritis. With 18 years of expertise, he strives to improve patient outcomes through innovative, compassionate care.
